1.Is it safe to make an order from Macube?
Yes. All of your data on Macube will be guaranteed by us. And we cooperate with Digital River, Avangate, PayPal, etc. to receive your payment. So, your information provided for the order is safe and protected.
2.What should I do if I place an order twice?
You can contact our support and provide your order ID, number, or other needed information. Our sales will check the information. After getting a confirmation, we will have a refund to you for the duplicated one as soon as possible.
3.Can I cancel the order?
If you’ve installed it on your computer and have used it for a while, then the answer is No. But if there is something wrong with our product that our team can't solve, then we will consider giving you a refund according to our Refund Policy. 4.I purchase the wrong product accidentally. Can I exchange it for the right one?
Yes. First, you need to uninstall the wrong product and send us an email with your complete order information and the right product you are intended to buy. Then we'll exchange the right one for you. If the correct one is cheaper than the wrong one, we'll not refund the price difference. But if the correct one is more expensive, then you need to pay the price difference.
1.What kinds of payment can I use?
You are supported to purchase the product by payment methods of Avangate, Digital, PayPal through Visa/Euro/MasterCard card, Discover, American Express, JCB, etc.
2.Do you provide an invoice?
Yes, we provide an electronic invoice for each purchase. Once the order has been processed successfully, the payment platform will send the electronic invoice to you via mail. If the invoice is not received, it might be in the spam folder or got blocked by the email server. You can contact customer support for further assistance.
1.When will I receive the registration code after purchasing a product?
First, confirm the product is the right one you purchase.
Second, check the registration code you spell it correctly especially the sensitive.
Third, if it still doesn't work in such a situation above, please contact our supporter.
2.I didn’t receive the registration code after purchasing. What should I do?
If you don’t receive the email which includes the registration code from the payment platform, check your spam folder: it may be there. If it’s not, make sure you don’t fill in the wrong email address. Then, contact our support team with your order number attached.
